From school presentations to special occasions, each participant works on a short speech or message they care about, and learns how to deliver it with confidence.
Practice on camera with positive feedback
Participants rehearse in a safe, filmed environment and receive kind, constructive feedback to boost self-awareness and stage presence.

What is The Podcast Academy?

The Podcast Academy is a specialized training platform founded by senior host & producer Paula Nassif, designed to help kids, teens and adults prepare, plan and present content - even with no previous experience.

Is this only for people who want to become podcasters?

Not necessarily. While podcasting is the main focus, the skills you’ll learn, voice control, content structuring, interviewing, and public speaking, are incredibly useful for trainers, content creators, business owners, and anyone looking to grow their voice in public or digital spaces.

I’m introverted and hate my voice. Can this still work for me?

Yes. Paula, an introvert herself, designed the Academy with this exact challenge in mind. You’ll work in a judgment-free, supportive environment that helps you feel at ease, build vocal confidence, and find your authentic tone.

Do I need professional equipment to join?

No. Most trainees start with basic tools as well as a phone or laptop even necessary. The Academy will also guide you through equipment recommendations as your skills grow, and offers access to studio equipment for recording if needed.

Is this theory or hands-on?

Both. You’ll learn the general foundations and then you’ll apply it depending on the program you choose.

Do I need a podcast idea before joining?

Not at all. Many trainees start without one, we guide you through topic discovery, audience targeting, and format decisions to develop a strong concept from scratch.

Will I get feedback on my voice and performance?

Yes. Voice feedback, tone guidance, and delivery support are built into each workshop. You’ll also practice interview techniques and script reading with personalized tips.
